Switchfoot Getaway 2024 Terms and Conditions
Ticketing fee is non-refundable.
Total payment is price + fees. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
Payment Plans are available.
The Getaway Package does NOT include airfare, ground transportation, food (except for dinner on first night and some snacks) or lodging.
All events are subject to change.
Activities will be located in varying venues & locations from San Diego, CA to Oceanside, CA.
A detailed itinerary with venues, locations, and times will be released closer to the event. However, some event details may NOT be released until the week of the event. This is to protect your exclusive experience.
SWITCHFOOT Getaway Check In will be on Monday, June 17th (late morning/early afternoon) in Downtown San Diego, CA. Please arrive in San Diego in time to attend Getaway Check In. The first event will begin Monday, June 17th and the last event will end the night of Thursday, June 20th.
Some event locations may have a smaller capacity therefore we will offer varying time slots for you to choose from, closer to the event. Please watch your emails for this notification.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If canceled between the purchase date and November 30th, 2023 you are entitled to a full refund minus the non-refundable ticketing fee per ticket. *
If canceled between December 1st, 2023 and February 29th, 2024 you are entitled to a full refund minus $200 ($150 + $50 non-refundable ticketing fee) per ticket. *
If canceled after March 1, 2024 there are no refunds.

TICKET NAME CHANGE POLICY:
You may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing getaway@switchfoot.

We will be communicating with you regarding the Getaway via email so keep an eye on your email for exciting updates regarding the Getaway!
Infants:
Lap children under two (2) years of age (at the time of the event) may attend the Summer Getaway free with a guardian, sixteen (16) years of age and older. If you are bringing an infant under two (2) years of age (at the time of the event), you must call Customer Service to inform them when purchasing your tickets. Meals, seats, car seats, and daycare are NOT provided.
Some Switchfoot Getaway activities will require a car seat. For these activities, it is the guardian’s responsibility to: Provide a car seat in accordance with the California Child Restraint Law and pay for any costs incurred by Switchfoot Getaway for the additional seat. If a car seat is required, but not provided by the guardian at the time of the activity, the attendee will not be able to participate in that activity. This is for the safety of all attendees.
Children:
Children three (3) (at the time of the event) and older are welcome. Prices are the same for all attendees three (3) years of age (at the time of the event) and older. Car seats, booster seats and day care are NOT provided. Some Switchfoot Getaway activities will require a car seat or booster seat for children up to (8) years of age or 4’9” tall. For these activities, it is the guardian’s responsibility to: Provide a car seat in accordance with the California Child Restraint Law. If a car seat or booster seat is required, but not provided by the guardian at the time of the activity, the attendee will not be able to participate in that activity.
